One of the biggest and best projects that I ever made for school with LEGOs.
About this creation
This project for my awesome English 210 class was perfect for me. The project was to make a board game about the Lord of the Flies, and here's what I came up with for the board. The game works just like Trivial Pursuit, except with a differently designed board and with chance cards.
The board itself took about 4 hours to build, over a span of 3 or so days. The hardest part was actually finding enough 4x4 bricks for the spaces.

The board itself is meant to look like a miniature version of the island the schoolboys crashed on.

Here are the playing pieces, made to look like characters in the book.
Jack (with Lord of the Flies), Roger, and a Naval Officer:
Piggy, Simon, and Ralph
I did enjoy Lord of the Flies, even though I hated it when I first read it 3 years ago. Two things I forgot to add but wanted on the board was a crashed plane and the dead parachute man. I still think it turned out great. Oh yeah, I also got an A- on it.
