The Blacktron Military A3Type Transport and Supply Hovercraft. Poll: What was or is your favourite LEGO Space theme?
About this creation
Gentlemen (and Heather Girl), my extreme apologies for not uploading anything. I've been having a few technical problems. As my Christmas present (or Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa) to you, I give my MOCs. Let's get this show on the road!
The hovercraft's top half consists of two antennas (general radar and emergency communication), a table with two screens (used to navigate and communicate), two sets of EYEs (two central ones and one navigational on each side), a hatchway that leads to the engine room and if you look carefully, a bottom communication screen on the bottom of the photo. Wow, long sentence.
Here you can see the hatchway (on the right) and another two EYEs (these are the prime ones for the hovercraft). Since this was made and designed as a part transport vehicle, the craft can carry supplies on the bottom platform (totally ripped of the LIU). This platform can also carry a few troops to avoid enemy gunfire and provide an excellant shooting area. You'll also notice that higher up "studs have been added so that troops can stand there without blowing away when on the move.
This is the back of the hovercraft, not much to see. As you can see, there's an EYE in the center for checking what's behind the craft. There's also a small platform where lost soldiers (friendly that is) can hop on for a ride.
Here's the platform with two soldiers who hopped on for a ride back to base.
Before we check the inside, here's a close-up of the hatchway. Let's go inside!
The state-of-the-art engine of the A3Type TS Hovercraft. The motors are specially designed to work indepentaly, while using the atoms/molecules available. Basically, this means that when it leaves the factory, and the engine is turned on, it will use parts of the atoms and molecules that are there to generate fuel. This also means that the engine can never be turned off again unless destroyed (while parked, it simply moves very slowly). Luckily, the engine is silent, so it's more of a stealth vehicle.
This machine is a sort of supervisor and makes sure everything runs properly. He is NOT a driver or conducter of any sort. The EYEs work indepentaly and follow the orders and directions that are given to them. On the mainframe you can see his lunch. Creepy isn't it? A robot eating a banana and coffee.
Unfortunetly, Blacktron's scientists haven't perfected the engine for air travel. Something with thinly-spaced molecules and... Well...
Don't forget to answer the poll!
My answer: Blacktron I

That's a very good creation no mistakes at all and my favorite space theme blacktron1 or mars mission.
Thanks for the comment, Seth! However, in the future I would recommend ridding your own mistakes before going around and insulting peoples personal pride and intelligence over a few language mistakes. Thank you.
I didn't know you finally posted a moc! I've been waiting to see something from you, and I wasn't disappointed. Great Job! I enjoyed the well greebled interior. Hopefully we won't have to wait so long for your second build. Also, in response to the poll, I'm going to go with Futuron. And, as you always say, Good Day!
The shape is interesting, a bit LIU in the spirit. But I give a 5/5 for the interior greebles, it's great !!! - Cool to see a MOC from you after all this time ;-) ... For the poll: I love all the space themes, I began with Classic Space when I was a little kid, and bought some Ice planets sets as a teenager. So I love them all, from Futuron to Blacktron and Space Police... I've just finished a rather big Blacktron II cruiser (will be posted this week) - But to answer you, I would say: Blacktron, then the first Classic Space, and Futuron.
