A highly modified Delta 7 owned by the sith lord.

About this creation

This ship orignaly started its life as the personal jedi starfighter for count dooku, however once he turned to the darkside he gave it over to Sidious as he used less obvious transport. Sidious, utalised his place to gain acdcess to some of the modifications made to Ankian Skywalkers Delta 7 Starfighter and incorporated them into his own. Utalising a highly experimental cloaking device this ship was nothing more than a ghost during the clone wars.

No its not an actual ship that has been mentioned in the chronology, however its a concept, MOC kindda thing :D

Quoting Supreme Commander Michael Sloper I like the shape and the detail but I'm pretty sure that Darth Sidious never used a starfighter. Also can you check out my newest Moc. It's called "Old Friends."
