Jessie confronts a king

About this creation


















Jessie travels to the kingdom of the undead king. He enters the kings castle and ascends to the highest room in the tallest tower. There he finds the king, who is nothing more than a phantom in a king's clothes (that's what happens when you are alive for centuries and your body starts decaying). The king then tells Jessie his story, how his whole life he thirsted for knowledge, reading everybook, attending every school, yet he still couldn't satisfy his hunger to know more, so one day, he meets a hunched over little man who says he can teach the king everything there ever was to know, the king accepted but his knowledge came with a price, he couldn't die until someone asked him an unanswerable question, which was seemingly impossible since he knew everything. Then the king offered Jessie a choice. Deposit a gem into the king's chest, and attempt to ask said question, or leave and never come back. Jessie chose the question (even though if he asked the wrong question he's be thrown into a cell like so many before him), and succeeded! To thank Jessie, the king gave him the Zion blade, a sword without equal.
