Another Hog...
I updated my warthog again. This time it is white and has a new hood, a bigger body, and thats it.
I also added better suspension.
The only thing I am still not 100% satisfied with is the hood, the uneven texture in the front makes the hole hog look weird...
also made some pretty, but not nearly as good as other hogs, suspension. Note, that the levers stick into the holes on the hood, and in the back. This warthog is made in LDD, so I couldn't do that.
This is my, well other warthog, it's still alot more acurate than my other older one. The windsheild is placed on the hood, in the middle like the actual one.
One of the annoying things about making this and my other new one was the roll bar on top, I couldn't figure out a good way to make it.
LDD recently updated there brick pallet, which angers me because now I can't buy my pelican.:(
THe turret was also annoying. To make the gun part of it, I simply took a grey axle peice with a stud on the end and attached it to one of those bricks with the hole in it.
the tusks were ripped off of those pipe faucet things, no cable in the middle, sorry. (OOH, darn... I just realized, On my new hog I forgot to readd the tusks... they are the same as these...sorry!)
The turret rotates 360 degrees on this and the new hog.
Heres my old version: Actually, MY warthog was probably the first halo creation I made. this one black like my other models because of LDD.
Here's a nice front veiw. I shows the tusks and the hood. No winsheild. LDD wouldn't let me put cable between the tusks too...
A nice top veiw. shows the roll bar on top.
The back veiw, shows the back bumper and large guass turret. Gauss turrets kill in the game. Have you ever faught a scarab with one...
This warthog matches my pelican. The pelican CAN carry it, but it looks weird.

Oh Wait! One More Thing! A new Pelican is going to be constructed! It will be able to carry this new hog! It will probably be basically the same as my current version, but Grey and mor detailed.
