Wow! Probably the best AT-AT I have ever seen in Legos! There is a pic where it's next to the small official set, am I right?
By the way, thanks for your kind comment on Titan! =)

Nice man! I'm making one of those to but the cockpit's outside doesn't work very well. Oh and even though it would be 15 kilometers in diameter i agree that a minifig scale death star would be epic
A minifig size Death Star...I don´t know the "real" Death Star measures, but it would be bizarre!!
Thanks for the comments and go on with your AT-AT! |

Ah, somebody has finally done this! Incorporating design, structural integrity and functionality to create one beast of a moc. Now all you need to do is build a minifig scale imperial star destroyer... or a death star!

verey good so much detaiel but were did you the designs from a cut section book mmm can you get from body to the head from the neck
Well, I used only information for the overall dimensions and the shape. The interior was built without using books or similar. As you can see, my AT AT has 3 floors, while others in the "official books" have only 2.
Thanks! |

Hi. Thanks for the comments. I don´t have that book, in fact, the AT AT displayed in the book has only 2 levels. Mine has 3. Anyway I consider that both designs are correct.

Where did you get all those Imperials?! Where did you get the pieces to build FOUR speeder bikes?! Lol. Nice MOC! This MOC deserves many more smiley faces (Especially after that comparison shot with LEGO's version), as well as Mudskipper 4's "The Castle Manor of Lord Schull". Go check that one out, it's on the same level as this AT-AT.
Thanks for the comment! Bricklink is a good supplier of stormies -and also snowies, more than 100-. The speeder bikes were bought on ebay, a bulk lot I got from Belgium.
The project took more than one year to be finished...
I will check the page! |

Fantastic, its one of the best, but the round feet or footpads should be a little bigger I think. If you do a google search on at-at you will see. Good work.
Thanks for the comment.
I checked movies, plans and pics, and I think I scaled it correctly, but Lego round parts gave me a good shape with that side. And I couldn´t make the pads larger with that overall side.

But with the new Lego hoth sets, the crew and speeders would be replaced with "proper ones". Still good.
Well, thanks for your comments! I have 100 snowtroopers ready for action, and so the AT AT drivers. So maybe one day I post a "full Hoth pic", with the snowies. The speeder bikes...that will be harder. I only have one and they are not easy to get. But I have custom Hoth speeder bikes that would fit.
Thanks anyway! |
