Copernicus Moonbase Airlock
The main airlock through the crater wall of Copernicus Moonbase.
About this creation
This was the location of the 'Copernicus' incident that led to the famous "Our tears fall as moondust" speech that in turn led to the succession of The Moon from Earth Gov Control.

The vehicles are just here for extra details, both are a bit 'boilerplate'.

Okay, the back looks a lot worse then the front, but you're not supposed to see it!

awesome 3-D effect to this one when viewed from an isometric viewpoint! Nice airlock, and please, no need for self deprecation with a MOC as eye-catching as this one is.

Wow. This looks really advanced and technological. I really like the doors and vehicles. The moon terrain looks very realistic.

ARC: there's been some great entries [case and point here with Mark's], but I really think the contest's over. This creation by CJ Edwards had me drooling, and might be my favorite of all time. Linky: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cjedwards47/3170471356/

Brilliant! The short back story given here makes me want to hear the whole thing. Always leave em wanting more, huh? And, What's wrong with seeing the backside? I like the backside... umm, never mind. ~ Chris.

Quoting Giovanni Seynhaeve -snip-just one thing: I don't think it's a good idea to open your helmet outside the airlock...
In the tradition of 'classic space' his normal visor is of course in place, we just can't see it... his gold coated anti-glare visor for working in direct sunlight is however raised. (I'm sticking to this excuse...)
