I'm sure you will/have seen lots of these. I basically sanded off the printed holes and drilled real holes. I also sanded down the rebreather to allow usage of the pauldron.

Very good custom. I use paper pauldrons and kamas so you don't have to sand anything. Also, the wider side of the pauldron should point to the other side. http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090301053958/starwars/images/c/c9/Rex_pauldron.jpg

Very nice me and my friend customized a couple storm troopers today for the first time. They didn't turn out this good but i think mine is pretty cool.

Thanks. I sanded the helmet and not the pauldron because it is less noticeable and does not take away detail.
