Awesome ship. I used to love watching reruns of buck rodgers and battle star galactica when I was kid. Great job capturing Buck's ship.

Hi Ron I think your buck Rogers fighter is an excellent work of art, did you happen to get plans made for it yet. If so I would love to see them. I never played with Lego as a kid but now that I have my own I have started too. Great job Dan

This thing is great! I haven't seen one of these since I found my old Corgi toy. The rainbow around the engines in a nice touch, too.

Hi John, Unfortunately I have no plans for the Buck Rogers Starfighter. I only just started doing plans for some of the models. Currently I'm working on the SHADO mobiles. To be honest, making plans is a long and tedious work and it isn't my first priority. Therefore: I might create plans for the fighter in the future, but it can take a long time until I get around to do so. Thanks for your comments on my models. Greetings from Switzerland, Ron

I am new to the lego scene. I am starting to build with my son, it's been 30 years since i built a legoe anything. THIS IS AWESOME!!!! So my question is, do you have plans for this? and can you share them with me? My son has watched the scifi shows I loved on Hulu...and he loves Buck rogers and BSG original.

OMG, flashback! I watched the series as a kid and often tried to build Buck's fighter. This one is a ripper! Can't find the words to make it justice, outstanding piece of work!

Hi Martin, Yes, I did know that. Isn't it funny how the Star Wars, BSG and Buck Rogers designs are tied together very closely? The first design of the Viper became the Buck Rogers Starfighter, a left-over design from Star Wars became the Viper and a draft of the Cylon Raiders (original series) became the Star Wars Snowspeeder. Oh my god, that landing gear is sexy. The scale seems a bit larger than I recall, but considering the amount of functionality (the landing gear, the sliding canopy), that can be overlooked completely.
