Definetely an improvement. However, a few things could use fixing. #1 is the magazine. Like someone before me said, add some ribbing to the back, and maybe make the magazine three studs thick? It just kinda juts out at me as too small. Also, try to make the curve on the stock (where it connects to the body of the gun) a more natural and less steep curve. The one right now has too much of a drop-off. Other than that, it's great.

Much better! The main thing that pops out at me is the Magazine, you did a good job at shorting it, now you need the rib on the back, I would suggest useing 1X2 bricks on the back of it so that it looks more realistic. Great improvement over the first one!
