The SR-01 Search and Rescue Hovercraft by J0N0TR0N1C SYSTEMS :/ Sweet Rides for an Uncertain Future

About this creation

This one ended up very different form my original sketches, which turned out to be too blocky when I started building from them.

This craft not so much a "drop ship" as it is a "pick-up ship," designed for rescue missions on developed worlds or at the edge of charted space.

Notable Design Features
- Maximum Minifig Capacity: 4 internally plus 2 externally (on rear wing platforms)
- State of the art comprehensive sensor array under nose and along side of cockpit
- Reflective exterior and multiple external emergency flashers for high visibility
- Fold-out boarding ramp
- Crew of 3 (pilot, rescue operative, MEDbot)
- Twin interplanetary drive engines

Measurements:
31 studs long
22 studs wide
9.0 bricks tall
208 grams w/ pilot, passenger and MEDbot

This is awesome mate! I was working on something more modern to replace helicopters but couldn't get even close to what you've done with each of your crafts :)

In term of playabality, it must be your best one ! And the design just left me speechless, in a very good way. It has the genius of some old and great Lego ship, like the 6783, but it's way more compact and full of awesome details. Really one of my favorite, awesome !!! - PS Did I mention that the color scheme is beautiful ?
