Jumentius
A tank I made for my fan fiction.
About this creation
//FROM: Chief Weapons Deseigner Pseudo (CORTHECA MINOR)
//TO: Syrenius Fett (EXCELSIOR)
//SUBJECT: Project Omega

Good morning sir! This is Pseudo here, and I have great news! My newest weapon for the battlefield, which I have dubbed the "Jumentius," has just finished beta testing on Cortheca Minor, and with excellent results! Allow me to show you the battle footage:

   Here we see the Jumentius in it's entirety. At 9.5 meters wide, 13.5 meters long, and 4.75 meters tall, this is our largest tread based weapons platform. The Jumentius requires a crew of three: one commader/main gunner, one driver, and one secondary gunner/copilot. For offense it boasts of one Class 1 grade heavy particle cannon, one meduim grade repeater blaster, two side rotating missile pods (containing four Gemeni concussion missiles each), and four light repeating lasers. Computer targeting systems allow for almost perfect hits, everytime. For defense, the Jumentius contains three rear light strength shield generators, and two forward medium strength shield generators. Two Nexore-X power generators allow the Jumentius to reach speeds of 100 KPH, and ample cargo space allows for a maximum of 10 troops. But enough of the schematics, here it is in action.

   ROADKILL!! Here we can see that our resourceful friend Stayffe came up with a good use for the protective grill I put on the front. Not only is this method of execution extremely enjoyable to preform, but it also saves ammo.

Enlarge image
   Even when completely surrounded by enemy troops and emplacements, the Jumentius was able to hold it's ground.

   I'm sending one that I made specifically for you to the Excelsior, feel free to "play" around with it. I will be looking forward to seeing the Jumentius made in mass production. After all, it's pratically flawless!

//END MESSAGE

   We sent the Jumentius on it's testing on the border of Corkecia and Jalwormtha, one of the largest enemy infested territories of Cortheca Minor. Here you can see two Corthecian soldiers going for the Jumentius' flank. I suppose they thought it was unprotected. Well...

Enlarge image
   ...they were wrong. When I designed it I made sure every part was completely protected, and the flank is no exception. Here we can see two of the light repeating lasers in action. Notice how they are able to swivel in almost every direction, making sure that every area is fully protected.

Enlarge image
   I gave General Adakke Stayffe the honors of trying out the Jumentius, and as you know, he is as cautious as he is agressive.

Enlarge image
   I suppose he just wanted to make sure that there were no other Corthecians lurking behind that rock, and...well, if there were any, let's just say they aren't anymore.

Enlarge image
   Here we see our troops piling out of the belly of the beast, and slaughtering the enemy. It is a bit cramped inside, I will admit, but I've noticed that it makes the troops eager for battle, as they'll do almost anything to get out of that uncomfortable transport. Believe it or not, I actually didn't plan it that way...

Enlarge image
   Well as the Jumentius moved farther and farther into enemy territory, the attack became more frequent and vicious. Here we see one Corthecian elite actually managed to get on top of the tank!

Enlarge image
   But he didn't last very long...

   ...nor did this sabetour.

I like it apart from the fact that it seems a bit bulky. Oh well. You were probably aiming for that.

Pseudo made this?! I thought you said you did! Nah, I'm kidding Xerx. Great model. The thing really looks unbeatable. Love the weapons. I hope the Corthecians eventually put up a better fight than this though. Maybe they just are slow learners...
