MIllennium Falcon Construction Journal: Part 1
Part 1 of a large project.
About this creation

This is the first part to my Falcon Construction Journal. I know I already posted a Falcon, but I tore it apart the next night to build a new one. All my reference is to a Falcon on brickshelf. I recently ordered some bricks from Pick a Brick to help complete the interior of this project. This will be the best ship I ever built, so please refer to all parts when it is finished. Alright, this is the lounge/ main hold to my Falcon. The "chess booth" can actually sit the figs. The floor lifts up for "engine" access. Please view full scale pictures to view all detail. Enjoy!

If this is going to be that good like you are saying, Im sure that we all wil be impressed. The start is nice, so I hope the rest will be nice, too. To your question: Yes, it is made of Clone pistols, they are really useful pieces.

I think that the booth for the game table is really cool. I had that same problem with my Falcon, but I just put the chairs in a L around the game table. How did you do it?

"Son, if you want something great in life, you'll have to work hard for it. Quiet, they're about to announce the lottery numbers" Homer Simpson lol! I just watched that episode! Anyways, great start! I can't wait to see the finished product.

This may dissapoint you, but if you're trying to make it as minifig-scale as possible you need to make the base literally twice as big. If you want any more advice just ask me. Oh, and one more tip is to keep going even if you face some tough challenges. Also, for a great reference for the interior search MILLENIUM FALCON WOOKIEEPEDIA.
