Cool little rover there!

Well, I didn't have anything in mind (I made this a year ago) but I could think of some ways it could relate to the Whitetron story. I can even see M:Tron paying Blacktron to disguise themselves as other groups when performing their criminal acts, sending the Space Police on a wild goose chase.

Hold on... Why is it carrying an Ice Planet 2002?

Thanks! I cut out the image of the MOC using an image editing program (Fireworks, though there are free ones that would do the job) then I placed it on a picture of Mars taken by NASA's rovers, then I cut out the sky and replaced it with a Hubble telescope image, then I traced the logo of Space Police from a picture of a box, and placed it on there along with the official Lego logo I found on the internet.

Nice main picture. How do you do that?

Looks great! I wish I had one of those cylinder things. And now I have a use for those dumb police tiles. Heh heh... Don't worry, Whitetron and the Space Police will soon have plenty on their hands... (Mwa ha ha!)
