Yes, yes. i know. It's not purple, right? well my thinking was that seeing as purple pieces are expensive and hard to come by, why not do it in another colour. And in HALO, the covenant has 4 different coloured metals for their machines, a purple one (like on ghosts), a blue one (like Brutes armour), a silvery black one (like Choppers) and a bronzy brown one (like Shade turrets, AA Wraiths, and the tripod AA Guns). So I thought this could be the predecessor or ancestor for the ghost in the HALO series, made of the bronzy metal :)
About this creation
Pretty much the same view as the main photo, but showing the Ghost's guns more. I based this on Daniel Ross-Murphy's mini Ghost, but giving mine a bigger seat so to have an actual driver. That's mabye why it's a bit too small for my Spartan driver :S
A very blurry shot of the attaching bitty where it's all connected. i think i made this Ghost too colourful and shiny, the colours mask the contours and curves. thats it! i will make a monotone V2 so that ya'll can see how shapely and accurate it is :)
I even went so far as to make a control decal! this picture's a bit blurry though, so...
Voila! dismounted Spartan and less blur! I put that chrome bit on the back because I have this thing where i put shiny bits on my Halo-based creations. That and the fact that i didnt have anymore bronze curvy bits left, i could have really done with 2 more...
Wow, that has to be the best ghost I have ever seen. Anyway, you left a comment on my Halo Weapons asking what the top piece was that I used for my SPLaser. I used a vent-likepiece, like the piece you have on the back of your ghost.
