About this creation
The LL-86 is the basic, and one of the original starfighters from Classic-Space Research Corp. The base model, as seen here sports a semi-auto rail gun and mini rocket launcher, along with room for other weapons. The pilot can add everything from a missile rack right up to an EMP emitter (only for experienced pilots, other restrictions apply).
Since this is an older fight the cockpit is much more crammed than the newer, sleeker models, but that doesn't mean this fighter is out-of-date. The LL-82 is most-likely the best fighter in the LL-Class lineup. Only two of these such fighters have crashed, and that's because the rookies who flew them were racing each other after happy hour.
The multi-purposeness of the LL-82 is also what keeps the show running... With the high-capability to preform SAR, hit and run, and even covert espionage fly-bys the LL-86 is no stranger to a challenge.
The LL-86 was originally built for a contest over at Flickr in the SCI-LUG group. The contest is to make a good looking fighter that fits on a 14x14 stud base. Looks easy on paper, not-so-easy when you actually try it.
I hope you liked the LL-86, and it's short summary, (which I don't believe does justice to the MOC). Please visit HERE for more picture on this MOC and others like it! Also, I would love to hear your comments! The more constructive criticism and "hey that's cool" there is the better!
