Rtas 'Vadum making a monochrome gun that is based off of a gun a real person shot? It's a sign of the Apocalypse!
About this creation
On my Modified Rubber Eagle page, I got a comment saying I should make a semi-auto Desert Eagle. I finished it, and she's amazing. I used that person's firing mechanism. He recommended using it.
Here's the other side. You can see a (gasp!) painted piece here.
I sort of based this off of the Brickgun Desert Eagle. It has curvy pieces, but not the same as they use.
It has sights, too. Though these are the same ones Brickgun uses. It was too good to resist.
Here you can see the inside of the gun. It uses SNOT as well. I'm so proud of myself! No, not really.
The end of the barrel has a thing which I have no idea what it does. It's represented by a 20 tooth gear. And not the gears in the mech; this is a "double bevel gear" as peeron.com calls it.
I made the handle curvy as you can see. This is the inside. The plates pop on and off. This part does not use SNOT because if it did, it would be bulky and ugly.
You know how I said I had to paint a piece? Well, it was (pretty obviously unless you are colorblind. Even then...) the fan! I had two from the Droid Tri-Fighter, and I only use them for guns and machines, so painting it black would be okay. You can tell it's a little lighter and not shiny.
