General Grievous
Here's my version of the fearsome General Grievous from Revenge of the Sith. I built a custom one, since LEGOŽ's was so... disappointing. My version is very flexible - he bends at the knee, the foot, and the hip. He rotates at the head, the waist, and the foot. His arms move up and down, as well as in and out. A lot of the movement in Grievous' leg is created by use of levers with sockets on both sides of the stick. The droid general will be appear in my upcoming comic series, "Army of Six." Instructions coming soon. Please review, and thanks for looking!
About this creation

SIde view. Because of plentiful flexibility, my Grievous can have a hunched over stance, like in RotS.

Back view. Notice the L-shaped shoulder blade.

Shot of the feet. Notice all of the lever sockets.

Better view of the shoulder blade.

Head and chest detail. Notice my use of ARC floodlights as shoulder pads.

I like this one: size comparison to a battle droid.

Shot of the droid general without his prized lightsabers.

Clones are no match for General Grievous!

View from the clones' turf.

Back view of the skirmish. It looks like Grievous has five arms and one foot!

Now, a more sizable match: three Jedi!

Grievous battling Ki-Adi-Mundi and Joe the Plumber.

Other side of the battle.

Wow, I don't know how you managed to get so much detail and articulation into something that small!

Hmm that's interesting parts use with all those switch pieces. I wouldn't never thought of that ;) Though it doesn't really fit in too well, good use of the CW helmet lights too. He's a little lanky for my liking, but he appears to be very pose able and that's all that matters against TLG's version ;)

I like it, but the arms look way too short for the body. Same with the head and the sabers. You should just go all-out and make a technic version if you're going to make it that tall. Sorry if I sound a bit mean, I'm not trying to be.

One of the best grievous customs here, but too tall compared to minifigs. I just can't understand why so many people buy the official one and then modify him looking even worse. That one is better, but not exactly a minifig.

Dax, I am going to start a contest soon in S.N.O.T., I have a few ideas of the subject matter, but I would like to see what the group members think. If you have any ideas, then just write them down on the new conversation topic. S.K.

Here's your code: <img src="http://mocpages.com/user_images/12960/12337325231_DISPLAY.jpg"; width="500" height="196"> Just copy and paste it into the group description box when you click "edit" (paste it before the description you wrote in the box)... good luck.

Hey man sorry I didn't see your comment at my group... about the picture; it's some kind of hard to explain it by comment, coz you first should upload it to MOCpages then copy the pic number then paste it in the pic code and then fix the dimention... any way to cut the long story, I could help you in this one in one way; send me the pic you want to post at your group's homepage and I'll make the code for you then send it to you so you paste it at the description area at your group... fair enough?... if that's ok for you send me the pic at firasabujaber@yahoo.com and I'll send you the code as soon as possible... thanks for asking >>> peace.. Fofo :)
