"Josef" Intrastellar Fighter, in the PCS style of the Eastern Block
About this creation
The "Josef" Fighter was part of the Eastern Block's technological push in 2050, in responce to PCS's growing fleet. Technological Officers in the Kosmos Directorate were able to capture and study a PCS Hoplab, which resulted in the ZOG-31 fighter. Then Lieutenant Leonid Adampov Hoffman was able to take the ZOG technology and turn it into a much more aggressive Intrastellar Fighter.

The "Josef" Fighter, named after 20th Century Soviet General Secretary Josef Stalin, combines some of the finer features stolen from the Hoplab, but incorporates larger engines for faster acceleration, four 10mm rail guns, a new cockpit windscreen design to allow greater visibility and greater protection, and incorporation of the ZOG's Advanced Tactical Control System. However, the energy usage of the Twin-Volelov Engines meant that it could only be used as an intrastellar fighter.

The success of the Josef Fighter lead to L.A.Hoffman's promotion to Jr.Marshal and the creation of the Jr.Marshalate Office, with specific orders to continue producing the finest war machines to stem the tide of PCS-Capitalist Evil!

Hi Lenny, I didn't know you had a MOCPage too. This is really cool. I like how you used the swirly purple "radar" dish pieces in the engines. Good work! Josh
