Above is a close up of the anti-fighter defence. Pray you never get this close...
Probably the biggest ship I've ever built, the Talaka-class is a microscale effort. I figure each stud probably counts for about 4 metres. It is swooshable, but has a solid, heavy feeling to it. My photography will get better soon, I promise.
Lore as follows:
Big and unwieldy, the Talaka was always the broadsword to someone else's rapier. Heavily armed, even for it's size, it features one dorsal anti-fighter turret, two double fusion cannons and six secondary cannons. It also features room for sufficient marine forces and a small fighter pay, tucked under the prow (not pictured).
The Uanti Corporation consider the vessel great value for money. Although it needs to be supplied frequently and uses a great amount of fuel, the vessel inspires varying amounts of fear in the Corp's enemies. A capital ship killer, it isn't as vulnerable to swarms of fighters as ships of a similar size. It's main downside is the large fuel and supply requirements. Any force hoping to slow the Tanaka-class down would do well to cut off it's supply lines rather than attack it head-on.
