For those of you seeking tips and ways to improve, never fear! I will do my best to help others make their creations better, starting with the Temple of Kali. Below are some useful techniques I used to create my phenomena.
About this creation
The roofing of the temple is made by sloped bricks, with smooth plates of top. Use the round 2x2 bricks to build columns and hold them up. Make sure to have plenty of torches. The Statue of Kali has six arms, with the two in front just two plates, the ones holding things are hinges. Keep in mind you need supports on the statue, or else the weight will make it fall when you move it. Using the movies for references is always a good idea. The Thuggee priests are custom, and the altar is made in the shape of a skull, to hold three Sankara stones. The torches are held in 2x2 plates with holes on the side. You put a portion of bricks and smooth plates on top to start the edging in the temple
For the round jut in the front, I used large column bricks for it, and the same on the sides. A tricky thing I did is I built up bricks on the sides of a VERY big rectangular red brick. Then, I attached lots of black plate off of it, and built under it with bricks to hold up more plates. More room in this temple is essential if you're going to play with it. Note: this is a very fragile framing for the set.
