A customized Gunship for the Clone Empire.
Side View. If you notice up on the engines, I added the rockets into the engines. This took a little tie, because they kept falling apart.
About this creation
Front View. I didn't really do anything noticeable to the exterior of the Gunship, I just added a few pieces here and there.
Back View. I made the back ramp larger, now it is a much better fit.
I added rockets under the wings.
I took out that dumb Mobile Command Center, it was bulky and ugly. I replaced it with my own, stationary command center. Fits two troopers
The troop bay. I took out that annoying weapons rack, and added a way for the clones to get down from the Gunship without it having to land. *This idea was inspired by Philip Morgan's Gunship* The troop bay can hold about 9 clones comfortably
Now on to the other interior editions. Here is the back hatch, right above that turret in the back. I didn't do much but, I did add a secret weapons rack.
This is the storage thing right behind the cockpit. Most of my modifications came into this area. I added a power cell to the Gunship. Although it's probably not movie accurate, I think I did a pretty good job considering how much space I had to work with.
The power cell
This is where the most of my customizations took place. I ripped apart the top of this, then I started building it back up. I left out a few pieces. From there, I was left with 2 spots that were not occupied by pieces. So, I put studless pieces on them. Next, I took a flat piece six studs wide and put a flat piece 4 studs wide under it to secure it
in place. I added bombs in here, in case the situation ever presents itself. Now, to take off the top, you simply lift up, and easy bomb access. I am quite proud of myself for this installment.
Well, thats the end of it. Trust me, the Gunship is way cooler in person. Nonetheless, I am proud of this moc. So, before we go, I just wanted to add a picture of the Gunship in my new base. (The base is the Training Facility I have been talking about,
I made it two in

I really want to point out 2 things. One, in the troop bay. The studless tiles on the sides aren't supposed to come off. They show where you can put the clones and close the door comfortably. And second. The command center isn't dumb it's cute :) Although all the mods were good, just those two things need improvement. Good job! |

Nice, looks much better than the set, but I would really add the decals, if you aren´t going to make the wings SNOT, like masterchief 1 (and I don´t think that you are going to do that). The decals are masking a MUCH better detail level at the wings. Exept of that I like all the improvments. |

That is really cool! The thing that impressed me the most is your training center! I hope you post a separate MOC for that, it deserves one! P.S You're also the first one I'm telling this to: My Falcon pieces came in and the ship should be up today. The reason I'm telling you is I have A LOT of trouble uploading 3 or more pictures and I was wondering how long it takes you to do it, and if you know how to shrink the pics. Originally, I was planning to do that. But, I tend to get sweaty hands, making handling studless mocs risky. However, I'll give it another shot. |
