This is my 2nd version of Optimus Prime - Minifig Scale
About this creation













This is my Minifig scale transforming Optimus Prime. My 5 yr old is mad on transformers and so I built this for him . Ciurrently working on finishing my prototype bumblebee (See the first version on my page..) and starting Ratchet - I bought lots of lime green last year and now intend to pick up some Power Miners sets once legoland opens in march to try and make him as close as possible to the movie version. I'm obsessed with making each one minifig appropriate (So that a figure can fit in the drivers seat) and to scale with one another.

Using exo-force joints helps a lot - I stumbled on a tesco with lots of £9.99 sets reduced to £2.00 and went a bit mad !

Once i'm done with Ratchet I expect the new movie will be out and my son will have a new favourite!

Both the truck and the mech look great!!! The transforming looks very convincing and all that you do mostly for your kids :) I like that. You are a great builder!
