COD WWII Marines
WWII American Marines, somewhat based on COD World at War.
About this creation
Welcome to The WWII marines, my name is Dylan B, here are my newest minifigs, I hope that they can compare with my top ranked Nazi, and Japanese Soldiers, I think so but you tell me?
Thanks for viewing, so now sit back, grab some popcorn, and... forget it, just enjoy the MOC.

Comments are always greatly appreciated!

Here they are, my WWII marines (They are a V2 of my Marine Raiders). The decals this time around were made by your truly.
A front view.

Here is a shot, but without the backpack, here you can see the true detail of the decals.

A couple of marines walking, in full combat gear.

A shot of the backpacks.

Ah, yes, no minifigs would be complete, without the completion of a Sniper. Here is an American sniper, wearing light "bush camo."

Another shot of the decals.

Here you can compare the difference of my newest marine to the original ones. The old ones were made from Saber-Scorpions decals. Can you see the differences?

A shot of the back decals.

Here is a shot of all of the marines, without backpacks.

Another full shot, with full combat gear.

And just for the fun of it, here is the whole WWII family of minifigs.

Well, I hope you enjoyed it, please leave a comment.

Quoting Thomas N hey Dylan, I'm thinking of making a minifig scale USS Enterprise, WWII era. I need to customize navy figures, can you give me any advice?
Well Thomas, all of my decals are made on paint, so I'd start there, you know just mess around a little with it and see what you can come up with. As far as advice goes there's not much I can say, I am able to make decals because of 2 years of computer classes (its not something you would be able to learn how to do overnight). Try different things and see what you can come up with. Sounds like you have some good stuff coming, so I can't wait what it's gonna look like. -Dylan

Quoting Joey Lynnes did you use real grass for the sniper?
The grass is fake moss that you could probably get at any local art store. It makes the minifig last forever (without decay), and is very high quality.

These guys are amazing! I like the first guy on the main picute. He reminds me of a sniper. I see you are really into WW2 things. Me too. I'm mostly into WW2 Soivets armies and battles. Anyways, great custom soldiers! P.S. Where in the world did you get those brown packs?
