N-1.5 starfighter was designed for the Naboo militia.

About this creation

The N-1.5 starfighter was originally designed for the the naboo militia program which was started after the breakout of the clone wars to assist the G.A.R.. Unfortunately the G.A.R. felt that they had more control over their clones than over volunteers. So the program was scraped, but work on the N-1.5 continued until it was realized that the next generation of starfighters would be hyperspace capable (the N-1.5 wasn't) so the work was shutdown and in the end all prototypes were sold.

The N-1.5 had two small quad canons in addition to the normal N-1 weapons. Unfortunately the they caused a problem, they needed more power than the main power generator could supply causing it to overheat and shut down. This was one of the few problems that remained when work on the prototypes was abandoned .

The N-1.5 was slightly wider that the N-1. This made it possible to pack in better shields, more powerful engines, and two side mounted proton torpedo bays.

Sorry for the poor photos, I took them a long time ago, if I could retake them than I would but this creation like the N-1.5 has been scraped.
