Quoting Architect of Vonthako
Great vig! Small and to-the-point. Personally, if I were making a hobbit-hole, I would have used a round, flat-ish piece to make it functional, but that's just my style. Are those arch pieces from the Adventurers Orient Expedition Maharajah sets? BTW, have you read "The Chronicles of Narnia" series by C.S. Lewis? Excellent heroic-fantasy tales set in a medieval-style world. (Fun fact: Lewis and Tolkien were good friends and often discussed their literature with each other. In fact, it was Tolkien who helped Lewis return to Christianity.)
I have read the Chronicles. I don't really like them, though. It feels to much like reading an allegory of the bible.
Quoting King Borether
Cool! in fact, so cool I would ask you to let me use it as the title pic for my all things castle group (with credit of course). Anyways, I like the door, and the landscape looks awesome.
What have you done, Lord Lego? You have Americanized the Hobbit! He should be drinking TEA and smoking a PIPE! Nice build though...
EDIT: AH, 'tis good to see you changed the beverage! I still think he needs a pipe, though...
