made as an experiment by makuta to try and make even more powerful rahkshi, making them larger, better, faster, smarter, and stronger. the experiments were a sucess, and the rahkshi were sent out on thier first mission, to kill a group of toa that were scouting out makutas lair. on thier mission the rahkshi became aware that what they were doing was wrong and ran off, exiling themselves from makuta. now they work with the toa in thier quest to defeat makuta.
