Autobot Dispatch . Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is almost here! Dispatch is one of my little additions to the cast - You might not see him in the movie, but he's there. . When Optimus Prime sent out his message after defeating Megatron, it reached Alpha Centauri, where protoform Dispatch was orbiting, setting up communication relays. He sped to earth, where recon with the Autobots revealed the dire situation: Decepticons were speeding toward earth to avenge the death of their leader. Dispatch was given the mission of setting up surveillance and communication. He infiltrated VentureCorp and scanned their latest spaceplane prototype, then set up shop in low earth orbit. His objective is to scan the incoming radio signatures of incoming protoforms, attempting to identify Decepticons. In clear cases, he removes the target. When a signal does not reveal the identity, he begins the tracking process and alerts ground crews to the hostile target. Dispatch has a simple transformation process. His cockpit opens to reveal his head. The main body area is the two arms, which pull up and rotate out. His legs are folded up together, and have to unwind two times to open up. Dispatch has 25 hinged parts and two 2x2 rotating plates. All of his parts can stay attached as he transforms. I would like to thank Nichole for taking the pictures.
