Halo 3 - Capture the Flag! . Blue team in a Warthog with the red flag. Red team in a Mongoose and Ghost with the blue flag. Who will triumph?! . posted Jan 10, 2009

Valhalla. The
red team has the blue flag. The blue team has the red flag. They meet in
the middle. It's the climax! In this situation, anything could happen.
Here's how I think it will play out:
The blue gunner will obviously tear
the poor mongoose to shreds. Both driver and passenger will probably end
up as corpses floating downstream. But the Ghost may just have the upper
hand, because if he keeps his stream of fire constant, he could take
down the 'hog before the gunner can turn to face him. Why do you think I
put the red Elite on the Ghost? Obviously, that's me.
My armor doesn't usually look like that though. I prefer the Commando
helmet and shoulders combined with the Ascetic chest (even though no one
can see it). I actually like the Combat helmet best, but it pokes up too
high in the back, inviting stray bullets. I actually just play as an
Elite to be different though. And because they look cool.
It actually took longer to design this Mongoose than you may think. I
scrapped it at least four times before ending up with this result.
This is kind of a showcase of my newest and best Halo models. My old
Pelican and Scorpion are really showing their age.

I've made a few small changes to my 'hog (mainly color changes and a
new turret), but overall I'm still satisfied with my original design.
Maybe you disagree. If so, chalk it up to nostalgia and sentimental
value.
I'm still trying to get that splatter spree achievement on a Legendary
map. That and the "two for one" Spartan Laser achievement are the only
ones I still don't have besides the new Mythic Map Pack achievements...
