C.O.P. Plasma disruptor . . Suplied by the new Wales army for the Coallition of planets, the plasma disruptor creates a field around a starship and monitors a plasma attack. Plasma hasn't got an equal number of protons and electrons and that is what makes it an ionized gas. The field merely balances both out and changes the plasmas molecular structure to a normal gas, liquid or solid.
