WWII: Battle of Berlin . On April 16th, the final great battle in the East begun. Soviet leader Stalin commanded 2,500,000 men, 6,000 tanks, and 7,500 aircraft to surround and invade Berlin. . On April 24th 1945, four days after Hitler's B-day, Berlin was surrounded. Inside the bomb ruined building. Soviets: Georgi Zhukov. A Soviet Captain. A Soviet on his last stand. Germans: A German officer. A German using a MG 42. At the end of WW2, Hitler was desprate. He started recruiting kids around 10 or 12 to fight. A dead German. All troops: Everyone. Soviets: Group shot. All of them are carrying a PPSh-41 exept one of the sargents. Soviet Commander Georgi Zhukov. A Soviet Captain. The two Soviet soldiers. All the Germans: The German officer. A German with a MG 42 (BIG gun). The 10 yr. old kid. The dead man?!?! No soldiers: On May 2 1945, 6 days before the war in the East was over, the Soviets took Berlin.
