Why?
City Center mixed use development . "Mixed Use" developments are all the rage right now with developers. They are considered mixed use because there are more than one type of zoning in the same property (in this case commercial and residential). Take a minute and check out the photos. Hope you like! . Atrium/plaza Clothing racks out front. Parking garage Busy sidewalk Rear of building I do believe we are witnessing a defining moment. Next on our tour we find ourselves visiting the condo that Phipson is leasing. OH MY! Moving on......... A mom and her son. I like to call this shop "Brick Separators" Sweet a speed shop! Kickin' back by the hot tub. A fun game of frisbee in the pool. Chillin' in the lounge. Parking garage ramp. Kids playing soccer. Flower shop. Top view. Clothing shop. Looking skyward.
