Amtrak Commuter Train . Typical Amtrak commuter train from the northeast corrider, in a Phase III Iivery. Consist includes an F40-ph locomotive, bar/grill car, and 2 Budd coaches. The dark gray car platforms were what was available in LDD, but will be replaced with gray in the build. . An EMD-F40ph Diesel Locomotive. The high-frequency whine of the engine gained them the nickname "screamers" Interior shot of the locomotive, including the 16-cylinder diesel engine and the engineer's station. The Bar/Grill car.
