Union Pacific MP15 Diesel Locomotive . This is definitely my greatest train creation yet. . Sit back and relax because I have a little story to tell you. About 1 year and a few months ago I was Google image searching Lego train pictures. That is how I stumbled on MOCpages. A couple days browsing around here without an account, and I was hooked. I begged my mother to let me have an account. She subsided, and here I am today. I started with my favorite area of Lego, Lego trains. Over the year or so, my focus has shifted time and again. Blocktropolis came into being and prospered, recently, a couple friends got me into the futuristic military scene. Now, this recent week to be exact, I started to revisit my Lego roots. Another couple friends got me into the frame of mind to produce Lego trains again, and here is the product: My greatest train locomotive ever: my Union Pacific MP15 Diesel Locomotive. A view of the side, notice the decals. A view of the other side. A view looking down the top from the front of the locomotive. A view of the cab. A view of the front. A view of the rear. A view of the top. The actual locomotive. I used this photo to build the MOC. A shot of my MOC on the reference photo. A shot of it with my only freight car at the present time. The flatcar with the tractor. Yes I said at the present time. I do plan to make more. Another shot with the flatcar. Special thanks to Eric Starr, who reignited my passion for lego trains, gave me the idea, and told me how to get the decals to look good. Also thanks to Dave Sterling, who gave me tips on how to make my engines more realistic.
