Areetsa, First Anniversary. . More than three hundred and sixty-five days of spreading my own unique blend of malice, madness and paranoia. . One year down, fifteen to go. Yes, that's right, in fifteen short, short years you, El Clonetard, can be rid of my psycopathic presence! Break out the fireworks! Call the caterers! Well, maybe. In fifteen years it'll be 2025, and the first review for whether or not joining mocpages was a good idea will be due. I'm thinking 'best idea ever'. Before you ask, no that's not my office. I borrowed it for this momentous occasion. If it was my office, you wouldn't even be able to stand on the floor, let alone see it. So, what's happened over the last year? Well, I've made a general nuisance of myself in the Starwars and Customization categories, loudly proclaimed the lack of artillery and ground attack aircraft in the UNE, procrastinated on a UNEtag entry until long after the departure of the EOS, somehow made it into the co-admin spot in the UNEA through apparently being a more psychotic version of Awesome-O-Saurus the not-so-great, my COP opposite number, expressed a dislike for people who post ASCII art with a shout of SNIPER RIFLE!!, lost a mocoff, come out who-knows-where in a mocoff, come in fairly well in the few contests I've entered, spammed MOCpages with parodies of a genre of game I've never actually played, gone through three seperate cameras, worn out a white background, (no I won't replace it until the tape holding it together rots away) drastically improved in build capability, (I've gone from this to this) started a game that no-one really knows about anyway due to a singular lack of desire to loudly proclaim its existence, posted massive mounds of pigeon doings in the Misc. folder, (Misc.: everything that's either not good enough or too strange to go in other categories) not had a haircut for at least six months, eaten my way through a cupboard or two of tasty chocolate-ey candy things, (mmmm...) written out the plot for a new project that will quite likely end up being nowhere near as complex as Precipice, scribbled out a short story that, as of yet, is still incomplete, become a moderator of the It's Not Just A Hobby, It's An Obsession group, and become comfortable enough in my laziness to not bother with the effort of thinking up other things to go here. I'll put a few names here of people who I think had a noticeable effect on this period of time, in no particular order; Nowhere Man, Ryan TM, Areetsa, John Moffat, Awesome-O-Saurus the Not-So-Great, Areetsa, Keith Goldman, Finn Chen-Quigley, Areetsa, Jibby Fluff, Eric Ackroyd or Dr Spontaneous or whatever he's calling himself now, Areetsa, Eric Sophie, (no relation to Ackroyd) Shannon Young, Spontaneous Combustion, Ian Macdonald, Toby Heinemann, Areetsa, Mithryl Dlarix, and, ah, an honorable mention to Steef de Prouw. Also, Areetsa. And a decidedly dishonorable mention to ____ _____ and his/her/its associate Teh Teabagger. Incidentally, Areetsa was another who played a large part. No, my ego isn't really that big. Or is it? So, here's to another year! Oh, and, um... Incidentally, over the last year I've also said some monumentally stupid things in certain groups. Sorry 'bout that. Unless the thing I said was related to you stealing something, posting a brickarms preview or "MY ORDER CAME YAY" or uploading a stickersheet or buddy icon. In which case, I regret nuzzink and I'd do it again in an instant.
