Why?
Avatar AMP Suit WITH INSTRUCTIONS! . . This fine suit is the main vehicle for the humans in James Cameron's "Avatar"! I saw the movie a couple of times and loved it so much i decided to try building one of these. I thought i would fail miserably but i think i did pretty good... I think I might be the 4th or 5th to post one... and I think I'm gonna make a Scorpion next...hopefully that will go just as well... Compare it to my reference picture... How do u like my little combat knife....hehe the feet/legs... the little snowshoes things work soooooo perfectly for them... Top down... Top up... The huge gun...the ammo was made by attaching a bunch of black hands to an exo-force light tube... I worked really hard on this and I'm really proud of it...i tried a lot of new techniques with it and almost every part went through at least 3 variations before i got it right...the only thing i really see wrong with it is that the waist is still to high...it should go straight from pelvis to rib...but anyway... Thanks for looking and please give me some feedback, especially if you want more pictures... so COMMENT and RATE! EDIT!- OK! I added the download for it but it's mostly incomplete due to the lack of LDD pieces (no arms(or gun) and totally redone thighs) If at all possible you should try to stick with the pictures and my original techniques...and don't take any credit that isn't yours...Scorpion instructions might be comin' up...
