Retro-Force . Enjoy responsibly. . I wonder what the Exo-Force sets would've looked like if TLG had released them back in the 1950s? I guess they'd have that retro style mixed with a dash of Japanawsum. Here I've imagined something along those lines; some of these mecha are a direct reference to the actual Exo-Force set, others are only very loosely based on the real set. Chameleon Hunter and Assault Tiger. These two, which were only intended as a one-off, kick-started the series. Shadow Crawler. I originally wanted to do a walking UFO/saucer for this one but couldn't get it to look any good despite numerous and varied attempts. Claw Crusher. Except he's lost his claws for...suction cups? Or lasers. Not overly happy with this one. Thunder Fury. Godzirra! This one's not based on any actual Exo-force set, but hey, I really wanted to build a Lego Godzilla toy. He's on the robots side. Aero Booster. My favourite of the bunch. Retro with a hint of Samurai. Stealth Hunter. Again, I don't really like this one; looks like a weird power-loader. The arms are cool. Grand Titan. The driver sits behind the "mouth". Supernova. Ok, I splashed WAY more colours around on this one than the original but it had to be done to achieve that "toy" look that I love so dearly. Nice and blocky! This poor bastard didn't make it! As always guys, thanks for looking and stay safe :)
