Warthog V2 and 'figs . Well, I had a comment on my first Warthog that said it wasn't very accurate. So I looked up some reference pics and realized....he was right! So I give you "Warthog...V2!" .
The...FRONT! Here you can see the lights, and tow cable I added. V2 is a lot more detailed :) Sadly, I am still not very happy with the axles and suspension, but that's what I had to work with.
Here is the new and improved interior! Now it has more accurate and comfier seating.
And the controls...I had to use a lot of technic pins for the vehicle because I built it upside-down, in order to get the angles correct with the pieces I had. So doesn't this make the bottom of the Warthog all studdy and gross?
Of course not! I don't know what the bottom of the vehicle really looks like, but I think this looks pretty clean.
And now onto the figs! Here is the lovely [insert cool name here]. She works with my ODST sigfig, who also needs a name.
Now, Sgt. [insert hardcore name here]! He also works with _____ and _____, and is a hardened marine.
...and here is my sigfig! The decals I made myself, except credit for the base of the decal goes to Obliviumjr. on Flickr.
Here he is without his helmet, 'cause I'm pretty sure ODSTs have to take them off at some point.
And the Covenant! Here is a *regular* Jackal. Credit for most of the design (except the pistol) goes to Jordan 'Lil Monsta' Williams.
And now my own design, the Grunt! He's very flexible, and easy to switch out colors-just three pieces! He is also minifig scale.
Thanks everyone, and please let me know whatcha think!
Also, if you have some cool names, I would love to here 'em!
