Tortoise-class Racing Speeder . This is another one of the ships that i sketched in math class. The tortoise-class racing speeder is a lot like The Kraken. They are both racing speeders. I've also included the drawings i promised to show you. I'm planning on building all of them so please try not to "borrow" them until i've gotten through them all. Thanks :) . The front. The side of the engine. As you can see, I'm trying out tile work and lettering. I think it really adds a nice touch. Back. I opted for many small thrusters over a few large ones because i wanted to try something different for a change. The other side. Here is a close up of the pilot pod. This is mostly where the name comes from. It kinda sorta looks like a turtle... kinda. Okay maybe not :) The top. And as promised, Here is a scan of the drawings i did during math class. I know i'm not the best artist around but you can still get a feel for where i'm going with these ships. I've taken the liberty of pointing out the drawings that i based this moc and the Blue Canary off of. Obviously when i build these i'll be making some tweaks to the design, just like i have with the last two. Anyway, enjoy :)
