CG - MOC Olympics R1 - The Serial Killer In Me Likes To Sing . ...And the other one likes to play piano. . If you haven't guessed by the title, this is my entry to round one of the 2010 MOC Olympics. This is the required link to the MOC Olympics home page, click if you dare. Our story begins in Minifig Entertainment: Drinks, Dining, and Dueling Pianos. The famed piano bar, known as "Me" by the regulars, has recently had trouble finding good pianists to play every night. By a chance of pure luck, the owner of Me was able to hire two excellent piano players in the same evening, saving his business. Little did he know that the both of them are deranged serial killers, each on each other's hit list. After a beautiful series of Elton John songs, both men drew their weapon of choice from underneath their piano benches and began their second sort of duel of the night. An overview of the piano bar. As the violence began, the people rushed from the bar as quickly as possible, screaming their heads off. Overhead shot of the dueling pianists, well, dueling. Is that Leda's brother with the chainsaw? Where did that guy get a golden trident? I suppose it's the classy way to kill someone. Bartender: "It's freakin' impossible to get decent entertainers these days..." Glorious mayhem is afoot at Me. Shots-of-the-build-without-screaming-minifigures time! Shots of the stage, where the music is gone and the blood is drawn. Good thing for the red carpet. The bar, post-mayhem. Shelves of bottles, ready to be made into any mixed drink imaginable. Glasses and a keg underneath the bar, taps on top. Fancy wood and gold panels add to the glamor of the stage. I'm really happy with how this turned out, it's not everyday that I make this kind of build, but it was a whole lot of fun, especially building the pianos. Thanks for viewing, rate (high, if you are a judge ;D) and comment!
