The British had set up their rocket launcher, near an old drystone wall. during the battle of Bladensburg the british used rockets to burn down the American capitol. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Bladensburg A soldier of the Regular Army, who died during a earlyer ambush.
