RFCS Rapid Flight-enabled Close-combat System VERSION 2.7 . An attempt to fix the torso and shoulders . The 3rd version of the RFCS. The RFCS V2.7 is armed with a MOLR, an SSS, and two air to ground missiles The MOLR or Modifiable Output Laser Rifle An experimental laser rifle, which is designed to be able to modify it's output to act like a cutter or a welder when needed. This ability would allow for rapidly changing battlefield needs, such as cutting open a gate, or welding a mechs leg joint. It's default configuration is a high energy blast which, upon hitting a target, flash vaporizes the target area and ignites the resulting particles in an explosion. SSS or Stabbing Sliding Sword/Shield A multi-purpose device that slides along the left forearm and acts as a shield and a twin bladed sword. The RFCS itself is capable of subsonic flight and airborne maneuvers similar to the movements of the ancient helicopter gunship. It also has minor stealth capabilities, but it mainly serves as a sniper or air unit. It is roughly 8 stories tall, or 80 feet tall, with nine boosters of various sizes.
