The Battle of Robathan, Part 1 . The mythical land of Robathan is laid siege! The battle begins with the taking of Trefortres. Thanks to Rob for Trefortres, the ship, and most of the minfigs. .
Aaron overlooked the sea, gazing into the setting sun, when suddenly, an unwanted piece of scenery appeared!
A ship filled with the viking of the south, orcs and skeletons of the southeast and ancient foes of the southwest.
"What is going on over there, what is with all the yelling???" questioned another soldier.
"It is our enemies of old!!!" replied Aaron. He then aimed his crossbow and let loose the arrow.
The rigsman stood high on the mast and didn't see the archer until it was too late.
'thunk' "AAARRRGGHHHH!!!!"
Then, the assissin of the southwest took aim with his powerful boow and let loose his arrow!
Aaron died with an arrow in his heart.
Lucus turned around too see all the commotion and a dead comrade.
Then the monstrous invading force jumped from boat to land and ran towards Trefortress.
Lucus, knowing he needed to warn the king, jumped from the platform to one of the ropes and slid down, heading towards his horse.
The other staid to fight.
Again the assassin took aim...
And his arrow found another soul to slay.
Jack, who had been watching the battle from ahigh, decided to finish the assassin's life.
By now, Lucus had reached his horse and had started to make flight towards the castle Robathan
"Stop him now!" rasped the voice of Margeth, the leader of the invading army.
A viking appeared...
but...
was no match for lucus's axes.
Back up on the platform, Jack jumped.
And flew through the air, holding on to the ropes.
Straight towards the the assassin who had came to the ground.
He tackled him with vicious force, sending them both to the ground.
Jack rolled over, and reached for a nearby axe.
He then raised it for the stroke that would end it.
But an assassin always has a sword.
Jack was then flipped around, and the sword of the assassin came to make Jack two.
And there he lay.
Then the invaders swarmed Trefortres and killed all those inside.
The Dragon Tamer, or Dragmer, as he was called ascended the ropes.
The ogre took over the lower platform.
And the rest of them, occupied the lowerer levels. The first battle had been won, by the invaders...
