Battlestar Galactica - Blackbird . I have made a first pass at the other Galactica fighters, so I wanted to try my hand at the Blackbird. This is one of my first major uses of SNOT. (Studs Not On Top) Thanks to my wife for taking the photos. . Pictures of the rear of the TV prop Blackbird were very plain as it was never seen on camera. So, I embellished a bit. The greeble was giving me a problem until I found the flexible tubing. Just the thing! I always start at the cockpit because it sets the scale for the rest of the ship. The mini knuckledraggers could also work on the landing gear. It's not shown, but will retract into the body.
