Cloudscraper Observation Center . Here is a step-by-step instruction list to make one of Cheeztropolis's greatest buildings. . ***If you are planning on posting any creations with this or any of my buildings on it, I would like it if you mention its original builder (me)*** here are the pieces you need before you start. First, use the 4x4 light blay disk for the base. Then, force the light blay gear onto the disk. Take the pole, and attach it to the gear. Take a connector piece and attach it to the pole. Next, take the inside of a jet engine, and attatch it to the connector. Then, take the gear rim and the stud from the pile. Attach the stud to the middle of the rim. Attach the other end of the rim to the jet inside. Then, take the giant steering wheel and the flick-fire piece from the pile. After, take the flick-fire piece and attach it to the wheel. Finally, attach the wheel to the end of the stud on the tower. And that concludes the construction manual of the Cloudscraper Observation Center.
