Colonial Air Base (BrickMagic 2011 Public Display) . . So I attended my first LEGOCon this past weekend and had a blast! Got to mess around with the new Pet Shop modular building, make new friends and see some amazing displays! I ended up winning best space layout for the show, and will have some photos of my set-up in an upcoming issue of Brick Jouranl. My display was a Colonial Airbase, my new SHIP, and several other models (old and new). Some of these you may recognize, but many are new and will be getting their own 'feature' post as soon as I unpack, sort, rebuild, and have time for photographing and editing. Hope you guys enjoy the photos, I really tried to give the Air Base a realistic chaotic feel with lots of details and goings on. The SHIP (UCNC SF-273 'Pilum' Sector Patrol Ship) is 154 studs long, and has a full interior with two decks, I'll be getting some detailed photos up as soon as I can. Thanks again!
