"Not again..." . Dagnag those rotten teenagers... . My entry to the Collectable Minifigure Series 3 and 4 contest.
The Story goes like this: Once in a galaxy far far away, in a Outdoor Cantina on the planet Zuggfooey, there was a silly delinquent known as Alien. Why he was named something so indistinguishing is beyond me. One day he decided to steal a molecule-phone from a Martian Armada Commander. Bad choice.
No one really knows what happened after. 2 kids armed with cocktails, wrenches and lamposts joined the fight (wouldn't you?), and the fight was on.
Side view. Glass and flames fly everywhere as chaos fills the air.

Back View. Very sorry for the double-sided heads, my spare minifig collection was very sparse and my only alternative seemed to be smiley faces.
Top view. Here you can see two dead guys lying amongst the red-hot glass, one with his head completly incinerated.

Poor policemen, not payed nearly enough for this sort of job.
Unconcious Alternian Soldier hadn't even taken his helmet off before it happened.

Random Community worker: "What the-"
Fire. Again.
Glass Technique. Very simple, just fill your hand with all the translucent pieces you own and pour.

Blood technique. I think I missed this before, so here you are. This creation utterly exshausted my White, Black and Red tiles. Don't mourn for me, not everyone can be that rich. You know, I still can't understand how people can get their hands on so many foliage, minifig and tile pieces whilst remaining fairly lacking in other aspects.
Gutter, cut-away for your convienience.
Churned up pavement. I still don't feel happy with this technique, but I think it does more good than bad.
Without flames or tables. I am aware that some people dislike creations that are all minifigs and have no building techique whatsoever, so for you guys.... erm....
10x16 base. Sorry for how this is not in the top, this has many loose elements to it (Tables, Figs, Glass...) and I needed to take them off first before doing this. You might have to go up and check for overhang...

Sorry its so late, I actually typed this up last week or so, only to find MOCpages wanted to question whether it was me breaking their back to do this. They should really fix that.
