G.A.I.A. 'Euro Systems Fighter Mk-1' . The oldest fighter to see endorsed action in the Alien War. . Over 100 years old when the first Alien War started, the Euro Systems Fighter was originally designed for intra-solar system strike roles only. The genius of the craft was that it was the first capable of both space and atmospheric flight. It could be both launched from a carrier as per most star fighters, and, from on world; making its deployment ultimately versatile. Tanya Roberts was an American born pilot flying for the far away British colonial world of Bretonica when the war started. She spent the first 2 years of the war aboard the HMS Aris, flying the 'Jolly Rodger'. Though the fighter was woefully outdated when compared with GAIA's new 'Samhain Fire's', Tanya scored some 200 kills (before transfering to the GAIA Daphne and climbing into the cocpit of a Samhain Fire), this leading many to believe that though she would finish the war with the 9th highest kill tally, (approx 550 kills) she was infact the Ace of Aces. Long live G.A.I.A!!!
