Why?
Brabham BT 54 . This is a recreation of the Brabham BT54, the car used to contest the 1985 season for Brabham. . The Brabham BT54, built for 1985, was the last competitive chassis built by the fabled Brabham marque. It was powered by a 1.5L turbocharged BMW four-cylinder that produced a "modest" 1,500 horsepower. This car took Brabham's last victory, the 1985 French Grand Prix, with Nelson Piquet at the wheel. It was also the fastest car of 1985 in a straight line, when Marc Surer was clocked at 208 mph at Paul Ricard. Brabham scored 26 points and finished 5th in 1985.
