Toa Tira . Hey, everybody, I'm back! This was a request from a friend of mine, and it is her self-MOC. She will have it on display for a while, but I made it very clear that I needed the MOC back eventually for parts. After all, if time is money and money is legos, then time away from legos is just plain expensive. Anyway, here is my friend's self-MOC, Tira! Enjoy! . Name: Tira

Story:
Tira was a Ta-Matoran mask maker of a small village on Spherus Magna. Her village's Toa protectors left to fight in a terrible war between Toa and Makuta forces. Alone, but relatively safe, the village did their best to aid in the war effort, forging masks, armor, and weapons for their Toa on the frontlines. One day, Tira went into some tunnels outside of her village to collect materials needed to create more masks. But deep in the tunnels, she sensed a dark presence looming overhead. She ran, but took a wrong turn and fell into a pool of energized protodermis. Her tormenter, a stealthy Makuta, left her for dead and went into the village to enslave the Matoran so as to gain more supplies for the Makuta army. Litle did he know that Tira, instead of becoming horribly mangled from the mutations, was transformed into a Toa! Now it is her duty to defeat the Makuta and save her village.
So this is my first attempt at a feminine-looking Toa, and I think I did a pretty good job. Now, before you say "Not another female frame, those are way overdone!", having a feminine build was one of the requirements that my friend gave me, and I shift the blame to her. :p
Head and torso detail. I didn't think that I could pull of a Pakari on a female Toa, but it turned out rather well if you ask me.
Her spear. Perfect for slashing, stabbing, throwing, and maiming.
Tira: "Tee hee!"
Her shield. Perfect for, um, blocking stuff.
Tira: "Seriously? That's the best you could come up with?"
Legs. The thighs turned out very well for being custom. In case you haven't noticed, I typically prefer using normal limbs and finding ways to attach enough armor to make it look good. I improvise when I have to. :)
Every girl needs a sensible pair of heels.
Back view. I always thought that hair on a Bionicle was lame, but when I tried it out I was shocked at how much more feminine she looked with it than without it. It might not be the prettiest, but I now recognize it as somewhat necessary.

Epic Duo shot! Cossy should be in there, but I wanted to show off some upgrades I did on Solunus. I made his torso longer to be in proportion to his shoulders, and he's now a full 2 beam units taller!
Solunus: "Brofist!"
Tira: "All right! Wait, I'm a girl..."
